These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by SwiftTow Recoveries Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

All services are subject to availability, operational considerations, and safety assessments by our personnel at the time of service.
2. Service Charges and Payment
Service charges will be communicated verbally or in writing prior to the commencement of services. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of service booking.
Failure to pay for services rendered may result in the imposition of late payment fees and, where permissible by law, the retention of the recovered vehicle until full payment is received.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle and the nature of the breakdown or incident.
- You must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and safe for our recovery team to operate.
- You are responsible for removing any valuables or personal belongings from the vehicle before it is recovered or transported. SwiftTow Recoveries Ltd will not be held liable for loss or damage to such items.
- You must comply with all instructions given by our recovery specialists for safety purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
While SwiftTow Recoveries Ltd exercises all reasonable care and skill in providing its services, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use our services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
- Any content obtained from the service; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to SwiftTow Recoveries Ltd for the services in question.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwiftTow Recoveries Ltd and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) your violation of any laws or regulations.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
